We deliver withing the capital area. From Hafnarfjörður to Mosfellsbæ. If you Google ‘Reykjavík’ you’ll get the picture.
So Selfoss, Keflavik, Keflavík Airport, Akranes, Hella and so on, are sadly outside that area.
If you prefer, we also deliver and pick-up within the capital area. The delivery fee is 2.800 ISK and the pick-up fee is 2.800 ISK.
You can come collect and drop off the clothes at our store down town at Laugavegur 51, we charge no extra or delivery fee for this option.
If you prefer, we also offer a delivery service as well as return service within the capital area. That means you can choose whether you’d like to have all the clothes waiting for you at your hotel when you arrive or a nearby place, such as luggage locker. The same goes for our return service, you can leave your clothes any part of the day/night at your hotel reception or a nearby place and we’ll pick it up later on. The delivery service costs 2.800 ISK and the return service costs 2.800 ISK as well.
You should bring the thin layers. Think t-shirts, thin sweaters and such. Good shoes, good socks and comfortable pants, not just jeans. And it’s always good to have a thick sweater as a layer as well.
You simply choose the time and place you want the order delivered in the checkout field on our website. We will confirm the meeting point via e-mail, Whatsapp, Messenger, phone.. Whichever you prefer! We will then leave the items with the reception and you can pick them up when you arrive!
Yes! Book online and come to our store to pick up the order or have it sent to your place! Bear in mind that we can not promise a same day delivery, but we’ll try our very best!
We do! We’re on Laugavegur 51, right next to the restaurant Forsetinn. We will welcome you with a big smile on our face. That’s a promise!
Are you worried that the clothes won’t fit? If there’s a size that you’re just not sure about, let us know and we’ll help you out! If you’re booking a delivery, you can always come to the store and change sizes!
And if you collect in store then we’ll have a bunch of sizes for you to try on!
We do provide all the clothing you might need for your trip to Iceland no matter the season! We have warm and heavy winter parkas, outdoor pants, hiking boots, crampons as well as all sorts of other necessary clothes for the Icelandic climate!
We also rent out tents, sleeping bags, mattresses and all sorts of other and camping equipment!
If you prefer, we do offer a delivery service within the capital area as well as pick up service after the rental. This applies to all of our products.
We highly recommend that you book the drop off and pick up date with time to spare. But of course, we show understanding when an unexpected event occurs. Simply contact us through our e-mail or Facebook and we will do everything can to make the best out of the situation 🙂

We can pick up the items from your hotel. Just leave them at reception! We pick up anywhere in the capital area. The cost for pick up is 2.800 ISK.
You can also leave the items at luggagelockers.is Leave the items in one of the lockers, pay for 24 hours and send us the receipt! The lockers at BSÍ are open 24/7, but you can also use their other locations in Reykjavík. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS AT KEFLAVÍK AIRPORT LOCKERS.
If something happens and you arrive later or sooner than you expected, please contact us and we will make accommodations. The following cancellations fees apply:
Cancellations received more than 4 days prior to the date of a rental or activity: Full refund minus 2% transaction fee.
1 – 4 days prior to the date of the activity or rental: 50% refund.
Less than 1 day (24 hours) prior to the date of the activity or rental: No refund
It’s always good to expect the worst here in Iceland, because it will deliver in most cases. But, to get you in the ballpark, here you can see a table with the average climate in Reykjavik. So, once you get away from the city, it will get a bit colder. Be careful, this does not account for the wind and the sideways rain.
